About the Program

The Women in Business Program focuses on four leadership pillars for professional growth:

Managing Self: Leadership begins with self-management. This pillar focuses on clarity, confidence, emotional regulation, and decision-making under pressure. Participants strengthen self-awareness, manage stress and burnout, sharpen judgment, and build the internal discipline required to lead consistently without overextending themselves.
Managing Work: Effective leaders must prioritize, delegate, and execute with intention. This pillar addresses workload management, strategic thinking, decision efficiency, and boundary-setting. Participants learn how to lead outcomes not just tasks while maintaining focus, productivity, and professional credibility.
Managing the Environment: Leaders operate within dynamic environments shaped by culture, change, and competing demands. This pillar helps participants assess and influence their surroundings, navigate organizational dynamics, manage uncertainty, and respond thoughtfully rather than reactively to external pressures.
Managing Staff: Strong leadership depends on influence, trust, and communication. This pillar focuses on leading people with clarity and respect — motivating teams, guiding conversations, managing performance, and empowering others to lead. Participants learn how to influence without micromanaging and create alignment without constant visibility.

Commitment: Participants must commit to attending sessions twice a month.

Fee: $500, which includes a swag bag, workbook, kickoff meeting, and a surprise capstone event on the last day.

Application Deadline: Submit your application by February 16, 2026.

Hybrid Format: Sessions will be held in a hybrid format, combining in-person and virtual options to provide flexibility for participants. The kickoff session and capstone event will be held in person.
