Sally Fernandez President & CEO Safety Dynamics & The Fernandez Group (TFG) has 20+ yrs executive experience responsible for strategic annual & long-term revenue/EBIT growth, global market expansion for GMC, Anheuser Busch Corp., Hughes Weapons Group with $15B annual revenues. Fernandez has led product development, design & delivery for local state, national and global government & private sector customers/clients. Fernandez was hired by major corporations to manage & rapidly successfully eliminate non-compliance actions related to failure to produce the products purchased by government and commercial customers. Successfully, eliminated a lawsuit that had been active for over ten years and had reached the final stage if not resolved that the Corporation would be shut down impacting 13,000 employees and the respective commercial services industry. TFG handled not only government non-compliance matters for numerous manufacturers including Brush Wellman, Apache Nitrogen, etc..., but also operations improvements to comply with customer cost & delivery requirements and Company Communications so as TFG would so the audience is not writing their own script, but instead the corporations were creating and releasing openly the "true story". Ultimately, the services provided by TFG created operating environments that embraced the practice of "customer teaming" to ensure all parties achieve their desired outcome and then some. In Hughes case, the EPA became part of the "Team" with the Hughes leadership and similar result with every client TFG had with similar matters.
