About Us

Originally founded in 1969 by William H. Lloyd, Lloyd Construction Company, Inc. started out with a single truck and a handshake. William’s word was his bond and he believed in treating everyone like family - do what you say, treat everyone with respect, provide excellent value and quality. These guiding principles are still upheld today by his sons, William E. Lloyd and Bradley J. Lloyd, the company's President and Vice President. They carry on William Sr.’s philosophy of building with passion and integrity, while pursuing excellence. At least one of the brothers is involved in every project, big or small. They believe in providing local, executive support and in building personal relationships with their clients. It is because of this personal commitment that Lloyd Construction proudly counts many of the area’s top public and private entities as repeat clients, and is among the top commercial general contractors in Arizona. The history of Lloyd Construction is imprinted on the Southern Arizona landscape.Throughout the southern part of the state, we have built, renovated and/or expanded hundreds of buildings in the area, completing over $1 billion in local construction.
