We are an indoor, year-round learn-to-swim program for children ages 3 months and up. Our mission is to teach the lifesaving skill of swimming while creating meaningful, positive experiences for both our team and the families we serve.

We don’t just teach swim lessons—we connect, encourage, and inspire through kindness.

What You'll Do

• Teach swim lessons to children using a structured, developmentally appropriate curriculum
• Create a safe, fun, and encouraging learning environment
• Build relationships with children and families
• Support each child’s confidence and progress in the water
• Work as part of a supportive, values-driven team

Who We're Looking For

We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy meaningful work and working with children. This role is a great fit for swim instructors, coaches, early childhood educators, educational assistants, or anyone passionate about helping kids grow. You are someone who:

Schedule

• Part-time
• Must be available for at least 3 shifts per week, including 1 weekend day
• Vail location: will be open Tuesday - Saturday
• Consistent, year-round schedule

Requirements

• Must be 16 years or older
• Vail applicants must be able to train and work at Ina/Shannon location until location opens early Spring 2027
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to commit to a minimum one-year commitment
• No prior experience required—training provided
