- Perform repairs and installations of water heaters, faucets, toilets, drain lines, and other fixtures
- Maintain accurate records of services provided
- Communicate clearly with customers and provide exceptional service
- Uphold safety standards and comply with all codes and regulations
- Operate company-provided tools and equipment responsibly
Qualifications and Skills- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems and components
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be able to pass a background check
Relevant Experience:- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a service plumber preferred
- Experience with residential plumbing systems, including diagnostics and repair
- Comfortable using drain snakes, jetters, and other plumbing equipment
